여러 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 하나의 메신저에서 연결해주는 8 hands

8 hands는 각종 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 친구 데이터의 통합 관리가 가능하다. 사용할 수 서비스는 Facebook, Youtube, MySpace, twitter, flickr 등이 있으며 피드 등록도 가능하여 다양한 RSS 리더기로의 사용도 가능하다.

Youtube의 코멘트나 flickr로 새롭게 추가된 사진을 표시할 수 있다. 새로운 소셜 정보를 재빠르게 캐치 할 수 있는 툴로서 활용할 수 있다.

8 hands 자체의 메신저 기능을 사용해 친구와 커뮤니케이션 할 수도 있다.

Valleywag에서 전세계의 소셜 네트워크 지도를 만들고 있다. 색을 구분하기가 어려운 문제가 있지만 그래도 한국에서는 어떠한 소셜 네트워크가 있는지 바로 확인이 가능하다.

한국의 남쪽에만 남색으로 칠해져있다. 당연히 싸이월드의 소셜 네트워크 미국쪽은 페이스북과 마이스페이스
각 나라마다 사용되고 있는 소셜 네트워크들이 구분되어 있네요.
하나의 소셜 서비스로 전세계가 통합되기란 힘든 것일지도...........
